Postfix monitoring with Netdata

Monitors MTA email queue statistics using postqueue tool.

Execute postqueue -p to grab postfix queue.

It produces only two charts:

Postfix Queue Emails
- emails
Postfix Queue Emails Size in KB
- size

Configuration is not needed.
